Famous Fashions is upfront
Shipping Policy

We offer you the option of choosing your desired method of shipment. To get your famous fashions to you as quickly as possible we offer shipment via United Parcel Service and the US Postal Service. All packages are sent insured. As soon as your items have been prepared for shipment, a confirmation email including your tracking number will be sent to you.

Allow 2 to 5 business days to process most orders. (Please note that no orders are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.) On occasion, there are a few items that may take 2-3 weeks processing time. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.   

For the safety of our customers all orders must be shipped to the billing address. The only exception to this policy is if the customer submits a signed Shipping Waiver Form with copies of the front and back of the credit card used as well as a copy of a photo ID. Orders will be shipped as soon as the form is received by Famous Fashions. The form may be faxed to (800) 360-8450, emailed as an attachment, or mailed to: Famous Fashions, 869 E. 4500 South, Ste. 302, Salt Lake City, UT  84107.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international orders are shipped overseas by either the US Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Various available shipping options are shown during checkout.
 
Customs:
All additional duties, taxes, tariffs, import fees and/or surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged.  Please check with your government customs office to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your imported purchases. UPS assumes responsibility for such charges and bills the recipient accordingly. Famous Fashions does not receive any money from customs or import fees.

If you refuse to pay the customs fees on an incoming package, it will be returned to us at our expense.  The return shipment fee, as well as any applicable customs charges, will be deducted from the refund of the original purchase price.


PAYMENT METHODS:

• We accept Discover, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners Card and JCB credit cards. All credit card charges are securely processed through Authorize.Net.

• We also accept PayPal (allowing you to pay via e-check, credit card, debit card or bank transfer in the following currencies):

• For our international customers we also offer wire transfers and bank drafts as methods of payment.

Email us for further instructions. Please note that we are not responsible for the wire transfer fee, and it is not included in the order price.     

Customers who choose to pay by wire transfers, bank draft or money order should email us with their order. We will confirm via email that the item(s) requested are in stock and we will also provide wire transfer details. The item(s) will be placed on a 7-day hold awaiting payment. SALES TAX:

Sales tax is only applicable for customers in Utah.
